  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I frequent this McDonald’s a lot, and I genuinely appreciate how consistently great the experience is. The entire staff works hard, keeps the restaurant very clean, and always creates a welcoming atmosphere. I especially want to give a shoutout to Diamond. He always takes care of me, has a great attitude, and is one of the hardest working employees I’ve seen. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and taking care of customers. I can also be a little high maintenance with my orders sometimes, and they always accommodate me with patience and professionalism. The food is consistently fresh and high quality, and the service is fast and friendly. Just wanted to say thank you to Diamond and the whole team — it’s appreciated more than you know.

  I ran out to Racetrac this morning because we ran out of breakfast food at the house and I didn't particularly feel like cooking this morning or running to the grocery store. While at Racetrac, I thought, I'll just run to McDonald's. I haven't been there in years so I had no idea what was on their menu anymore, ect. When I pulled up to the drive through at 9:22am the lady who answered was short with me. I asked for an Egg McMuffin, then she asked me what I wanted to drink with it.. I let her know just the sandwich. She then sighed loudly and updated my order. I proceeded to order other items and she sighed after everything thing I ordered.. I finally asked her if it would be better if I came another time? She then asked me what I meant. I said you have sighed loudly after everything I've said.. They clearly don't need my business. I told her nevermind, cancel my order, and just parted ways. Not going back ever again. In this economy, I'm not spending my hard earned money somewhere where their employees are disrespectful. I wish you guys the best!

  Her hands were busy. She brought my drink by holding it under her armpit. This happened at 4:30 pm on May 14th. And I felt my chicken wasn't cooked enough.

  This location is horrible, even for Mcdonald's standards. Is anyone even running/maintaining this place?! First time I went there the had no idea which order was mine like 3 times in the drive thru lane, finally got it figured out and I was missing my fries and got no straw with my drink. Second time I tried this one, I went inside, it smelled horrible in there and then I ordered 2 burgers the exact same way, tell me why 1 was fine, the other was completely wrong?! It's like they rounded up all the kids that got fired from other Mcdonald's and put them all in one location

  Horrible experience here this morning. Came to the drive through and they said they were only taking mobile orders, which was fine, so I placed a mobile order. Then they told me actually their system was down so they couldn’t process the mobile order. They told me to cancel it but when I went to do that in the app it said they already had my order so I couldn’t cancel it. I told them this and one lady said okay go to the window they will give you the food. Got to the window and he said no, you have to call corporate for a refund. Took me ten minutes to even find a number for corporate because they hide it on the app so well. And guess what corporate said…only the specific restaurant can give you a refund. Insane scam and horrible communication from start to finish! If the system was down why even tell me to place a mobile order and the run around with ppl telling me i could still get the food and they saying no was all such a waste of my time. Horrible customer service all just to make the restaurant some money. Now I’m down $ and points I used as well. DO NOT COME HERE
