- CCColeMay 2, 20261.0I don't usually go to this place, but my girlfriend thought it would be a good idea to stop by for some snacks. She ordered a chicken sandwich and an iced mocha, but they said they couldn't make it. I ordered a McFlurry, and I was really disappointed when I saw it. I was expecting something better. I definitely don't plan on going back to give them my money.

I ordered the K-pop girls' kids' box and they didn't give me the gift that comes inside. I also ordered fries and they didn't give them to me, even though I had the receipt in hand. All the people working there had no experience in customer service.

Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars and go somewhere else. Not sure what's happened, but this place recently went downhill fast.

The manager gave me an attitude when I asked for my creamy chili sauce and said they were out of it when I wasn’t told this they didn’t even try to offer me another sauce. Manager was yelling loudly at employees. I heard other customers come up and complain about missing food from their order, my order number was 676 on march 6th at 7:55pm. This place is ridiculous and I’m from now on going to avoid this McDonalds location!
