Sooooooooo very slow. It took 11 minutes to move 2 car lengths forward in the drive thru. People are ordering then giving up waiting and getting out of line. I get it’s busy but…. Whatever’s happening inside must be super unorganized

So many things went wrong today and not just with my order with at least 3 others. They were rude and even mocking a customer in the back about something he had ordered. I had to give a 2 star instead of a 1 star, because there was 1 older lady who was cleaning a mess on the floor today and was so nice and trying to be so helpful to me. She checked on me 3 times, because I was standing there for at least 10 minutes waiting for something I should've gotten through the drive thru (2 medium fries) that I had to come inside and reorder, because something happened with the ringing up through the drive thru. I was given a total for 3 meals and then got to the window and was given drinks and the protein. The screen didn't match the receipt, but the screen was correct. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've had wrong orders or people not friendly/helpful at this location. Everyone has a bad day, but when you consistently come to the same location every week and something is wrong that's saying something. The lady who was helpful to me today that was cleaning and trying to help all the customers that had to get out of their vehicles and new customers coming in deserves a raise.

They are so slow and rude. Don’t acknowledge you what so ever.
Anytime I come here I just know I’ll be waiting 30-45 minutes
