  Burgers were delicious. A little too dark in the restaurant. Had to use my phone light to see the menu.

  Eating at Marlow‘s as a Plant Based person, the options for going out to eat our minimal, however at Marlow’s we love getting the Buddha bowl and their plant-based burger. Excellent

  Waited 37 minutes after ordering to get our food. Staff was pleasant. Food was cold. Drink was very good, but pricey. Too dark even for a tavern atmosphere. Short on staff on a busy Friday night. As our server raced past our table, she asked if we needed anything . Before we could answer, she was gone. Will not be back any time soon. There are too many other places to spend time and money.

  Piggybacking off the review my friend indy left. I've been going to different marlows taverns for over 10 years, it's consistently been one of my favorites. I had yet to check out this location but it's 10 minutes from my house so naturally I was excited to have one so close! After having hyped it up to my friend (Indy) - we decided to meet at this location. Our server was sweet, but when she brought over our drinks she dropped the tray and spilled my margarita partly on me and ALL over my friend to the point where she actually had to go to the car and change clothes. I mean she was soaking wet... our server did apologize profusely, and we both understand accidents happen having been a server myself especially. I helped her clean up the mess and the manager (I guess? Not sure) came by and made some weird joke I can't even remember but didn't apologize. After waiting a while we finally got replacement drinks and the app we had ordered (fries) which were honestly very small compared to other locations I've visited. It took almost 30 minutes after that for us to be able to physically see our server to order another drink. Also, once we received our food we had to wait to eat as they were out of silverware. Our server was young and I really do think she was trying her best but was overwhelmed. I am not blaming her, we were both a little irritated to see nothing got comped not even the drink after the incredibly slow service and drink fiasco. In my opinion after having worked in service industry for YEARS- Management should have stepped in apologized and at the very least comped my friends drink. The cherry on top after not having comped anything or an apology from management they asked us to donate to their charity 💀 ..... I guess we should have addressed it while we were there but both being sticky and irritated we just high tailed it out of there. Don't think we will be back based off of this experience! I hate to leave a bad review but in 10 years of going to many different locations this one absolutely missed the mark. Looks like I will be driving a bit further for better service 🤷‍♀️

  5 minutes into sitting down- the waitress dropped 2 drinks on the table, soaking everything plus my outfit. Luckily I had a change of clothes in my car, but even after returning- it took another 20 minutes for our drinks to be remade.. After receiving our food, we had to wait to eat because the waitress had a hard time locating silverware.. All around a really bad experience. And it would’ve been nice to have atleast had the first round of drinks compensated after being Niagra Fall’d on.. instead the waitress asked if we wanted to donate an extra $2 to their charity promotion going on lmfao.
