    Placed an online order for six sandwiches and realized once I got home that one was incorrectly made. Honestly, not a huge deal. Mistakes happen. The frustrating part was trying to get in touch with the store. I called and got no answer. I called again, and someone picked up the phone but never greeted me or said anything. They just left the phone sitting on the counter. I could hear everything happening in the store, but no one ever actually spoke to me. The store was not busy. When I picked up my order, there were only two customers inside and two to-go orders, including mine. One messed sandwich could have been an easy mistake to fix, but not being able to get anyone to even answer the phone properly made the experience much more frustrating than it needed to be. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

    There was hardly any meat on my Little John. I don’t think even a piece. If I hadn’t added cheese, it would have been very bare. Plus an 82 health rating? Come on, guys. Do better.

    this is the worst experience we have had with this location. we order from here fairly frequently and have had some issues and other times it’s been completely fine which is expected from a fast food resturant. but this has been the absolute worst one yet. i have ONE piece of ham on my sandwhich and barely any lettuce. my dad asked for extra mustard and he barely got any, my sister asked for extra ranch and didn’t get any and she asked for NO tomatoes and she got some on her sandwhich. this is ridiculous because we paid more for the extra items on our sandwhiches. the employee who was taking the order paused when my dad said he had an order for mike instead of asking if it could be for michael, the employee didn’t say anything until my dad said it could be under michael.

    Went in JJ at 9.24 pm tonight to get a sandwich. I went inside and he said.... we are closed. On the door and this website said open til 10.30pm. Why?
