Seemed like one slice of meat on each sandwich. My husband had bites of just bread. Will never go back to this Jimmy John’s.

I’ve had to call back multiple times for mess ups and the general manager wasn’t helpful. She was rude and I would feel rushed. However, this store has a new Saturday night crew and I have no complaints. The store looks very clean and the two ladies that always greet me are very kind. While the one girl takes my order with patience, the short girl is hustling to get my sandwich done efficiently! I enjoy seeing the good vibes every time I come in!

The frustrating part was trying to get in touch with the store. I called and got no answer. I called again, and someone picked up the phone but never greeted me or said anything. They just left the phone sitting on the counter. I could hear everything happening in the store, but no one ever actually spoke to me. The store was not busy. When I picked up my order, there were only two customers inside and two to-go orders, including mine. One messed sandwich could have been an easy mistake to fix, but not being able to get anyone to even answer the phone properly made the experience much more frustrating than it needed to be. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
