    Exceptional service on a rainy day. Power went out while we were inside so instead of turning us away they asked if we would be patient. We were and nothing regarding power happened so they still made our sandwiches and put it on the house.

    I ordered on line. Went to pick it up and it took them a bit to find my order. No big deal. So I get home and I ordered 2 subs. A turkey Tom and a veggie. The turkey tom had hardly any turkey on it and had hot peppers which I didn’t order nor want. Then the veggie had turkey in it. I didn’t want turkey due to dietary restrictions. $20 for 2 measly and I mean measly sandwiches which were made wrong. I’m done with them. My recommendation is go some where else.

    I went into this location today to order some food and when I asked for a substitute instead of lettuce, they said no they don’t have anything like that and when I was leaving, I could hear them laughing at me if this is how you treat customers you’ll never get my service again. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m still hungry.

    They give you as little meat as possible, I'll never eat at Jimmy's John's again, that's what happens when your bought by private equity

    I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a Thai Chicken Wrap for about $11 and was surprised by how little chicken it contained. The wrap was mostly crunchy onions, with very little meat throughout. Based on previous orders and the menu description, I expected a much better balance of ingredients. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Julia, to give them an opportunity to address the issue before leaving a review. Unfortunately, no resolution was offered. I understand mistakes happen, but for the price, I expected a wrap that was properly portioned and more representative of what was advertised. Hopefully this feedback helps improve consistency for future customers.
