  Had ordered a maple bagel with bacon egg and avocado but had dropped it on the way to my car. Fortunately, Quincy was kind enough to replace it and gave exemplary customer service with a smile all over her face. Thank you so much to quincy and the warm team working today!!

  I absolutely love Einstein, Bros, Quincy and Roselyn. always has a great attitude. Great smiles and prepares my order to perfection . Perfect love the team. I look forward to my morning bagel and coffee!

  Didn't know this Einstein Bagels was here. But they have a good thing going with prompt and courteous service, with a very cordial attitude!

  Their slicers still suck, but the bagels are wonderful. Their staff is genuine and helpful. Their app is absolutely the worst I've dealt with in a long while but hey we don't have to use it often or at all.

  The food is great, and the coffee is great. There is a large variety of bagels to try. Will definitely frequent this spot! My only issue is the placement of the bagel display. It's in an awkward spot and causes traffic. I noticed many people aren't sure where the line to order begins because some people are standing looking at the bagel display. You have to squeeze through to get to the line. Putting some directional arrows on the ground might help.
