  The service + drinks are phenomenal. The drive thru on the other hand needs some MAJOR work! We waited in line for 45+ minutes yesterday. Really need to work out the kinks of the drive thru other than that it’s amazing!

  Waited 50 minutes in the drive through to get two okay drinks. This was our first visit, so we may give it another try later down the road when they figure out how to manage their lines.

  Excellent customer service, great choices of coffee, parking is a bit challenging but they are usually very busy and have 2 lines for drive through with 4-5 staff taking orders. You are served quickly.

  Guys, if you've never been to Dutch Bros and don't get the brand, PLEASE stop complaining about long wait times. They treat every customer like they're the only customer and don't rush people through, they'll make custom stuff for you that sometimes only you have ever had. They're conversational, they make jokes, they like to have fun, they ask about your day and actually listen, they recommend drinks based on your exact preferences, they're friendly and engaging...it's an experience...and then, you get your fun drink or coffee. If you want a quick coffee, no conversation and basic customizations, then go to Dunkin Donuts. Nothing wrong with that btw, I go to Dunkin too but, I go to Dutch Bros for the experience. It's a chill coffee experience guys, not a quick thing. If you're in a rush then just come back another day. Just relax and let them take care of you! Enjoy your life and don't rush it! Rant over lol. No, I don't work there, have no affiliation whatsover. Just don't want ya'll forcing the brand into a commoditized, bland, lifeless, boring coffee spot because you keep complaining about wait times.Ok rant over now for real. :D

  This was my first time at a Dutch Bros, and it was a less than stellar experience, that’s for sure. I go the drive thru route when arriving it’s confusing which lane to go to and the signs telling you to go to the shortest lane is placed after you’ve been blocked in by the cones they have in place. All of this can be forgiven, but once i got to ordering the lady taking orders was very dismissive. She kept scooching me up after I was trying to read the menu (since this is the first Dutch bros in the area), and I had no idea what I was going to get. After skimming the menu (i still don’t really know what all they serve), i ordered the first thing i saw. It was okay. The person taking my order keeps asking me to scooch up again and stares blankly at me for about a minute after i put my order in and says (very annoyed) “iced, blended, or hot?” I said iced and again stares at me for a good minute then asks in the same tone what size i would like. I was unsure of their sizing so I said “what sizes do you have?” Clearly annoyed she says “small medium large” i say large and then get my phone ready to use tap to pay. She stares blankly at me while i hold my phone out (because ya know at the end of your order your expected to pay, and then asks in the same passive and dismissive tone “tap to pay?”). I get it— it was warm out, I’m sure she had been standing for a while, and i get that she’s probably had the same interaction many times today. However, this is a new location and the first in the area. I would’ve appreciated a bit more patience and understanding.
