- BFBrooke Ford5 days ago1.0I really wanted to like Dutch Bros because I’ve always heard such good things, so I’m hoping it was just because I went right after they opened, but I’m very disappointed. I know it was new at the time, but the wait time was at least 20+ minutes. I also got a SF caramel drink with almond milk so it had ZERO flavor and tasted only like almond milk. I really want to go back one day and be able to re-review it now that it’s been open a little longer to see if my review changes and my coffee is better.

- GMGyana Ranjan MohantyJun 27, 20262.0Newest dutch bros in Woodstock needs a lot of improvement. Today I had one of the worst experience at any Dutch bros coffee. They put too much ice in my Golden eagle that I only had a few sips and it was just ice after that. The caramel latte was hot but it was too thin that it just felt like skim milk. I don't think the college kids that works here have good barista experience. Sadly I won't be coming back soon again.
- CVCarey VJun 21, 20261.0We were super excited we had the app and we got a free drink and then I got another drink and they didn't charge me correctly for my cold brew and I wanted no ice and they were going to charge me more and then my husband got a scarecrow and they didn't put the chocolate in it and they charged me as a latte and I wanted it hot and then they gave it to me ice and then when I wanted a 16 oz they gave me a 12 oz so we definitely were not impressed sadly we were excited but we were not excited when we left

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
