  I placed an order a day ahead for 3 dozen donuts and two boxes of coffee. Came in and waited in line for ten minutes to tell them my mobile order still wasn’t ready. Then had to wait for 25 minutes for one worker to put together my order while a long line of people waited behind me. The manager saw us waiting and did nothing, just stood around in the back. There was one other employee at the drive thru who stood around watching us waiting between orders. People who ordered mobile orders waiting at an empty stand while their orders sat behind the counter in the wrong location. If you go here only use the drive thru (if you can get in, it’s still slow and hard to use in the morning). I never write bad reviews, I understand rush hour and getting behind, but was surprised by the lack of urgency or service by anyone there.

  Can’t stand this Dunkin. They are always rude. I order and once I get to the window they stare at me and ask me to ‘what did your order?’ I tell them again, and it is never right. It’s either my coffee is wrong or my food. I will not be going to this Dunkin ever again.

  Every time I go to this location I’m disappointed. I always go to a Dunkin for a sausage biscuit and this location NEVER has them.They got my mother’s order wrong then argued with her about it. The coffees are NEVER made correctly and they’re constantly out of stuff.

  I’ve given this Dunkin sooooo many tries. They never get an order right whether it’s not having something in stock which they can’t even refund if you order through the mobile app. One time we ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and they forgot the sausage and the cheese. The owner (the older man) once made a comment about how unhealthy our order was. I’ve even tried to call in to get refund for the several times they’ve been out of a food item. Corporate said the location would call me but never does. I gave a second star for atmosphere because the location is usually pretty clean. They need to do better.

  Management terrible. One person working this morning. The young man told me it was his first day! Consistently short on morning staff. Most employees unfriendly. It seems they expect you to thank them not the other way around.
