- DCDaileen CarrionOct 3, 20261.0I was waiting in the lobby after placing my mobile order in the app for 36 mins the workers only gave me my drink when my food came up no one told me although I was standing at the counter the entire time and my food was stilling on the counter got cold and I asked why my name was not on the screen to tell me it’s ready she said it’s broken, I asked why didn’t she tell me it was my food she said oh well I want a manger to call me and a refund this is CRAZY and I’m definitely going to write a review on social media and google review never been discriminated like this before

I recently was informed I needed to stop eating dairy and apparently cheese automatically comes on their chicken croissant. Now initially I was annoyed but he apologized and let me know that it came on it. I appreciate the speed and the respect given from employee to customer in the interaction. Definitely recommend coming here if nothing less than for the fact that they take care of you.

I skipped the drive thru and decided to go in for my mobile order cuz the drive thru was barely moving. When I got inside these poor workers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They had so many things working against them. They had so many customers, inside and out, their printer that prints the order stopped working, one employee had hot coffee spill all down the front of them and they were down an employee cuz he was trying to fix the things that stopped working. Customers were getting frustrated and you could see the employees get to a point where they all freezing up cuz they were so overwhelmed. All i have to say is, bless them. They had so many things working against them and they were doing the best they could. My heart just went out to them. Its so hard to deal with that and have it be a stressful situation. God bless them!
