  Worst Dunkin in the area and has been since at least 2024. Every time I have come through the drive thru at this location they struggled to take my order which is literally just a large caramel iced coffee with a shot. One time I was with 2 friends and in the process of ordering 3 iced coffees the girl in the window somehow rang us up for 600 dollars worth of coffee, started panicking and had us pull around so the manager could fix it. Got coffee for me and my roommates today and every single drink was unlabeled, my coffee was also the wrong size. Reading the other reviews of this location leads me to believe their staff is extremely undertrained. All the people I've spoken to in the window have been perfectly pleasant and apologetic when they messed something up, and worked to fix it, so my question is what half-hearted manager is leaving them to die with absolutely no job training???

  The service was excellent, and the orders were great. I tried many items, and all the staff were friendly and kind. The tall young man was particularly pleasant and very friendly. I recommend everyone go there every morning, every night, and every evening. Thank you, everyone!

  I ordered a chocolate chip muffin. Got to work and opened the bag, it’s a bagel and bacon. I did not order these items. It’s my birthday and I just wanted a chocolate chip muffin. Well then I checked my bank account. They charged me 7$ for an order that’s not even mine. I’m very upset. I tried to call them as I work about 20 miles away. No answer. There was also no line. No reason for a mix up like this.

  went on drive thru lane and thought it was open since i saw 2 employees inside. We talked in the drive thru lane and no one answered so we went to the window and there were 2 workers and they saw us at the window and all they were doing was laughing and laughing!!! At least they could have said its closed
