- MRMike RJun 1, 20261.0Well it looks like all the Dunkins in the area have gone to the handheld kiosk that they stick out the window for you to pay. And of course what's on there? Tip requirement. Yes, I'm sure you can select "no tip" But how do you think that goes over to the staff when they see that? This tip button creates a psychological stress to tip. I understand tips but this is a fast food restaurant. I'm driving to the location, I'm going to the counter or to the drive-thru window. The staff, which has always been pleasant, are doing their job that they were hired to do. If they're not paid adequately enough, pay them more or just know that you're going to have higher turnover, which is commonplace in these types of restaurants. Bottom line is, I'm not going to any of the Dunkin donuts anymore. I already stopped eating their donuts because they were frozen and tasted like junk. Now with this I'm just going to make the coffee at home or go to a QuikTrip and make my own there.

Every time I have come through the drive thru at this location they struggled to take my order which is literally just a large caramel iced coffee with a shot. One time I was with 2 friends and in the process of ordering 3 iced coffees the girl in the window somehow rang us up for 600 dollars worth of coffee, started panicking and had us pull around so the manager could fix it. Got coffee for me and my roommates today and every single drink was unlabeled, my coffee was also the wrong size. Reading the other reviews of this location leads me to believe their staff is extremely undertrained. All the people I've spoken to in the window have been perfectly pleasant and apologetic when they messed something up, and worked to fix it, so my question is what half-hearted manager is leaving them to die with absolutely no job training???

We talked in the drive thru lane and no one answered so we went to the window and there were 2 workers and they saw us at the window and all they were doing was laughing and laughing!!! At least they could have said its closed
