  came into the towne lake location approximately 20 minutes after ordering a small $30 order and employees were standing around on their phones and then I’m told they are “backed up” and my food hasn’t even entered the oven. From experience of working at a pizza restaurant, it took you guys more than twice the time it should have to make that order

  This location sucks, this is the second time this month they screwed my order up and when I called to get it fixed, they hung up on me.

  I placed an order today and the online delivery time said that it would be delivered in 15 to 45 minutes. I am sitting here over an hour later waiting on my delivery. I go online to check the status and at first it said that my order was being checked for accuracy and 15 minutes later it says that the order is being stated. What's the deal? Order update: I placed the order at 5:13 and 2 hours later the order arrives luke warm. The driver forgot my drink and then tells me that they are out of what I ordered. I asked for a replacement of another beverage and she said that she would bring it to me. An hour passed and nothing. I called the store and they were rude on the phone and told me that if the driver has not returned by now they probably won't be coming back. I wasn't even going to complain about the pizza temp and being late but when he was rude on the phone then I let him know about everything. So whoever reads this please consider calling another Pizza place. Maybe buy local. I'm just visiting the area and I am trying to let people know.

  Worst pizza delivery experience ever. Do not order from this location. Tonight I ordered a large cheese and a large pepperoni at 5:04pm. The app said it would take a little over 30 minutes and I said to myself great they must not be too busy. As I watched the tracker in the app the time kept climbing and climbing. Finally a driver showed up at 6:31pm. About an hour and a half later. She had the wrong order and took that with her and said someone should be arriving with your order soon. The order showed delivered in the app so I called the store. The first time I called they just hung up on me. The second time they said they had no idea what happened and that they would have to remake them and send it out and it would be another 20 minutes or so. 2 hrs for one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. Insane. Not ordering from here ever again.

  So very disappointed! So my food is hot and that's great but the pizza has so much sauce it's not enjoyable and the cheese is so scarce. The previous time we ordered they forgot to even put cheese on our pizza. Not sure I will be ordering from this location any longer. They just do not care about the customer experience at all.
