  AMAZING FOOD!! GREAT PEOPLE!! AWESOME ATMOSPHERE! JESS was amazing with quick service, food was amazing and very hefty! Super sweet and welcoming as soon as my fiance and I came in. 100% will be coming back. id recommend CAVA to anyone, ANYWHERE!

  I went in everyone looked like they didnt want to be there. They played in my food. I love cava but i would never come to this location again Kennesaw is way better.

  Cava never disappoints. Everyone knows the food is always fresh and tasty with generous portions, but did you know how outstanding they are with guests suffering from severe gluten allergy? When my wife told the Manager, Lana, that her meal needed to be gluten free, Lana washed her hands, put on a new pair of gloves, and walked my wife’s order down the line herself. My wife felt so safe and cared-for. Cava has permanent and loyal fans in us!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. First, the cleanliness and professionalism were unacceptable. The employee preparing food did not have on a hairnet, his hair was hanging out, and his clothes were visibly stained. It looked unsanitary and made me very uncomfortable about the food handling standards. On top of that, I placed my order around 8:10 PM and did not receive it until around 8:30 PM which is fine. ButI stood there waiting the entire time with no acknowledgment, no greeting, and no update on my order. What made the experience even worse was watching another customer walk in after me and immediately be greeted and assisted while I was ignored despite already being there waiting. As a Black woman, that did not sit right with me and made the experience feel even more disrespectful and dismissive. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and the way I was treated ensured I will not be returning. I really want to post the picture of the worker but I will refrain for his privacy but it was disgusting.
