First and last visit, do better. Every other competitor does it correctly and easily, this is nonsense. When asked why, a polite employee explained how the system is setup. So management/corporate issue, not the employees. Another issue, even when selecting the "bo size" it still came with a regular sized drink. Uh what? How can the app be this bad and counter ordering so different. Is this 2003?
