The gentleman that was there working the drive-thru was incredibly thoughtful and communicative. I ordered breakfast which I knew would not be ready and he told me it would be 5 minutes. I pulled up. I waited. He came out to bring someone else's order and then let me know where he was with mine. I appreciate good customer service. Thank you and as always Bojangles is delicious.

I’ve had good food from Bojangles’ before, so I know what to expect. Unfortunately, all of the food had been sitting under a warmer for some time, even for an early dinner. Chicken tenders over-breaded and not hot. The fries tasted stale. Because I don’t get it often I was very disappointed, as I’ve had way better servings of both. The restaurant itself is sad. The interior has not been updated, the patio is not kept up; the walls and carpet need a deep cleaning. It’s clear this location is struggling, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it closed within a year or so.
