  Honestly some of the best customer service I've had in a while. My kids wanted Sonic and this is the closest one still open which is 30 minutes from where I live. I called to be sure they were open and the sweetest girl answered the phone and was so helpful, she was also the same person that helped me in the drive through. I totally cannot remember her name but she told me multiple times to have a blessed day. She was absolutely amazing. The food was hot and fresh and it was just an all around great experience.

  2 cars parked. 2 cars in front of us at the drive through. After 15 minutes of waiting to place our order we finally left. People behind us honking like we were the ones holding things up. This place is a joke. Told to hold on a second through a speaker that was broke and apparently a second is over 15 min.

  They closed all the sonics around me and I understand why. 18minutes in the drive though. 1 car in front of me. No one else in the parking. No food. I’m wondering how long the car i front of me has been here. Hard to stay in business when customers can’t get food. Leaving as soon as I leave this review. Go ahead and shut it down.

  I ordered door dash which is actually great Everytime I order except from sonic. They forget a real customer is behind the door dasher. It took 3 dashers to get me a coney dog.. 1 hour and ten minutes and when I received it it was cold bread was hard. You could definitely tell that the three times it was being prepared it was put in a microwave. Worst food I have ever received.

  Husband qent to pick up our order right after 5. He went to the stall like instructed and they told him to come to the drive thru. He sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before anyone helped him. He got home and the hotdog is purple, the tomatoes on the burger have a black mold spot and is complete soggy. Had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone ans hopefully get my money back
