- CPChristina P6 days ago1.0So I was given my food at mobile pick up and asked her for some ranch so i can leave and she went back inside came out delivered food to two other cars and then gave me my ranch. Why wouldn’t you just give me the ranch so i can leave ? Then this location can never get you an order right $13 for Smashburger and I got a regular burger. Fries were hard. Chicken was dry and hard not even hot. I don’t know why I keep coming here.

You guys need new everyone. Management is garbage and your cashiers and kitchen workers hate their jobs. It shows in your food. I highly reccomend avoiding this place. Save yourselves the disappointment.

- AWAngela WilsonAug 7, 20262.0I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here!!! I ordered M popcorn chicken, crispy tots,& a rootbeer and my passenger ordered 3 piece tenders, fries, &rootbeer =$20.50. My tots were soggy&greasy, not crispy& warm; My chicken was on the side of cold, my chicken box wasn't full(4pcs). And I sent our food back but yet I sent my tots back 2xs& when I received them back they still wasn't right so that was a waste. Our drinks were water!!! The professional was none, lack of work ethics, and no customer service but they had the nerves to ignore me and catch a dang attitude. Do better or get another job!!! Friday evening 08/07 my passengers fries were lukewarm but they were corrected
