  Very disappointed. My ordered was delivered 30 mins later than the time I was given by door dash. My pizza was cold, and had hardly any sausage or beef on it. I should've paid for a pepperoni with three onion, peppers and 2 mushroom pizza because that's what was delivered to me. On top of it it tasted awful. Pizza hut has definitely stepped it's game down. If only dominos had delivery where I live. You live and learn. Pizza Hut won't get me again. By the way the pizza I ordered was supposed to have been a super supreme.

  I accidentally placed my order at this location. Once I realized it was different from the one I usually order from, I thought it would be fine, but unfortunately, I was wrong and left disappointed. When I picked up my two pizzas and got home to eat it, I noticed it barely had any cheese or marinara sauce on it. It almost seemed like they had run out of both ingredients. The customer service was good, but the quality of both pizzas did not meet my expectations.

  I placed an order on the website. They used doordash to deliver which is fine. They updated me and delivered fast. They problem came when I was missing food. I called the guy that answered had no respect and talked to me like I was his best friend and we was hangout. Called me and lair and said he will not replace it and when I informed him that the food was cold when my child came up to me and told men he told me to take that up with doordash . When door dash sent a replacement order. They told the doordasher that they dont have that order and can't make it. I have been trying to get a call back from upper management for over a week now.

  Absolutely no marinara on either specialty pizza, when i called about it whoever answered the phone did not come close to a resolution (didnt offer refund, credit, pics, to bring it back, etc.) And being that doordash delivered it, even though I did NOT order thru doordash, made things even more complicated. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PIZZA HUT!?

  Food is consistently great, which is why I’ve continued to come back. Unfortunately, the customer service has been a recurring issue. On multiple visits, I’ve walked in to find employees openly speaking negatively about previous customers, and I’ve had to wait while they finish their conversations before even being acknowledged or asked for my name. It comes across as unprofessional and unwelcoming, which really takes away from the overall experience.
