  Absolutely no marinara on either specialty pizza, when i called about it whoever answered the phone did not come close to a resolution (didnt offer refund, credit, pics, to bring it back, etc.) And being that doordash delivered it, even though I did NOT order thru doordash, made things even more complicated. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PIZZA HUT!?

  worst pizza i’ve had in my life looks burnt to a pulp it’s like cardboard and tasted like it was dried out couldn’t even eat more than a bite and couldn’t even swallow that horrible pizza horrible location should shame yourself

  Food is consistently great, which is why I’ve continued to come back. Unfortunately, the customer service has been a recurring issue. On multiple visits, I’ve walked in to find employees openly speaking negatively about previous customers, and I’ve had to wait while they finish their conversations before even being acknowledged or asked for my name. It comes across as unprofessional and unwelcoming, which really takes away from the overall experience.

  Worst Pizza Hut location! Never makes a correct order. Service is horrible and so slow. Tell me why I ordered 2 medium pizzas (cheese & pepperoni - aka the easiest to make ever) and I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes but it took 35?? And when I go inside to check on my order, the people making the pizzas don’t have their hair tied back or in a net and they’re BLASTING degenerate music. Do not recommend one bit.

  Y’all don’t come to this location unless you wanna be barked at and get things wrong. Not only that my mom tried to order online and it said fraud payment. She kept talking over my mom and not even listening to what she said and claimed she was the manager! Then she mumbled something and hung up on my mom! I don’t believe that for one second she was a manager! She was so rude and I have been there years ago and same lady and mean as a snake! I hope she gets caught and fired!!!!! Reported just now to y’all!
