  The past two times I’ve ordered from this store they forgot my sauce. Apparently there is a new manager and today I got my sauce. Way to go Papa Johns you’re doing better.

  Charity has a firm grasp of customer service, which is a lot more than I can say for quite a few people in many other places. She was very courteous and very competent from the moment she helped me with my order to her making my food herself in a very timely manner. The food was prepared as I requested. She is a big reason why I will be returning.

  Staff needs to be trained trying to give card over the phone young man would start talking before I got 2 numbers out messed it up 4 or 5 times went gor another person they couldnt figure out how to put card number in so just told them to cancel order 2nd order I have had to cancel in a row last time waited over hour and half and it never was even picked up for delivery will NEVER order feom this location again

  Had a bad experience. Didn't get what we ordered. Eventually my daughter was able to duplicate the problem with the online ordering changing the order before you submitted. I hope the glitch was fixed.
