- JSJoseph SeiditaMay 2, 20262.0Employee named Matthew working the drive-thru window approximately at 6:45pm 05/02/2026 needs serious coaching. Matthew handed over a drink carrier of 2 kids and 2 mediums heavily dripping in soda, one medium lid obviously smashed and not secured, while actively balancing a large puddle of soda that filled the entire top of the lid of one drink. When requested to fix the drinks he puts another lid completely smashed on the same exact drink, doesn't wipe anything off, and tells me to watch out for fhe puddle on top of the lid. Again requested to fix the drinks and nothing had changed but another smashed lid plate on top. Understanding nothing was going to get done I requested the drinks and napkins to fix this and go about my day. When asked Matthew now has a snarky attitude and acts as though he never saw it yet he's literally wiping soda off his hands from how much was dripping. When I attempt to ask for more napkins as he only handed us 2 he slammed rhe window and turned his back to avoid speaking anymore. This used to be the nicer McDonald's in the area but continues to go down in service and quality over the last 1-2years.

No response or hang on we will be right with you. Pulled off and went to waffle house. I feel like it was meant to be, McDonald's is nasty anyway
