  Food was good, but staff was not friendly or welcoming. It is also difficult to park with all the mobile parking spots. Food is expensive and a lot of choices were a la carte.

  Food is ok but the one thing that drives me nuts is the burritos just aren’t ever wrapped very well. I mean they fall apart instantly and I’ve picked up food here for the family several times and each and every single time we get a burrito, they are so loosely wrapped that it falls apart on you and you’re forced to eat them with a fork. Maybe that’s why the burrito bowls are so popular. They are humongous burritos but the other places all seem able to wrap them up all nice and tidy but not chipotle. I’ve been to two, this one and the one off Hwy 211 so it’s not like it’s just this store, it’s both in this area. Willy’s, Moe’s and Speedy burrito all can wrap a burrito but Chipotle cannot seem to figure it out. They look like deflated footballs and are opened slightly as soon as you receive them. I think they need a little larger tortilla perhaps. Tonight’s burrito was the best wrapped one I’ve received but it still fell apart after one bite. Is this just normal with Chiptole? I’ve only been to two stores and only purchased food from them maybe 7-8 times

  I have lunch at this new Bethlehem location about three days a week. Food is always hot and fresh and associates are all very nice and hospitable. This is a great location and team!

  This has got to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too🤣 can’t believe I’m even doing a review rarely make them but I just had to. Both of the times I’ve gone they have closed early. The first time I showed up at 10:45 (the only time I am able to get my dinner), the doors were locked… and they tried to talk to me THROUGH THE WINDOW🤣 They claimed they ran out of rice and that’s why they closed early. Whole time I didn’t even WANT rice on my bowl… I just left because I wasn’t trying to be annoying and figured they just wanted to go home early. (Still not right, Nothing in this town is open late and this was the only thing that I could get at this time, staying in a hotel so no food at “home”) I showed up again today at 10:30 and the doors were thankfully unlocked, but all of the steel pans were off the serving table. Everyone looked at me with disgust the second I walked in. I couldn’t believe it. The girl that served me my bowl had such a nasty attitude, something dark. It’s was so unsettling😭 After I paid, I think everybody in the back of the kitchen and not a single person said anything back to me or even looked at me. I just will never understand somebody that hates where they work and don’t do anything about it??? LIKE… YOU DO UNDERSTAND IF YOU DON’T LIKE WHERE YOU WORK YOU CAN QUIT😂😂😂 Such an odd experience and can’t believe I’m even leaving a better review, but I just had to let others know and truthfully, I want the people that work there to see this. Like…. GO AND BE HAPPY PEOPLE. Live in happiness! Bring joy into everything you do! You only have one life.

  Get ready for big scoops! ...of rice, followed by small scoops of meat. Lots of very dirty tables when I went too and staff standing over the food area empty-faced when there's nobody in line.
