The person in the drive thru were rude..The biscuit was burnt and hard and the tenders were old.. This place needs to close down especially after the review with the bug in someones food. Absolutely disgusting.

Like who doesn’t put gravy on you mashed potatoes and gravy? I got plane mashed potatoes. With dry chicken. Dug around for maybe white gravy. Nope just potatoes. Then no one can answer the phone. Do better!

Last time I went I got a Cajun chicken biscuit and it was burned. I regretted spending the money. Went again today hoping for better. Got two steak biscuits. The biscuits were burned again. I regret spending the money. Asked for a side of gravy to go with it and it was over 3 dollars just for a small side of gravy. Every single table in the restaurant had crumbs on it but they were practically dead at the time. Confusing but I wiped my own table. My tea tasted sour like it always does here but when I got a refill is tasted Really Sour and I looked in my cup and there was a dead bug inside and what looked like two sets of wings. Something REALLY needs to be done about the tea souring here and making sure the tea containers are cleaned properly. They are running a special 1 dollar for a large tea but every single time I order it I can taste that it’s soured to some degree which means it’s sitting too long or the containers and building up slime and not being cleaned well or both!!! I’m not going back. I’m tired of feeling like I wasted my money and I’m disgusted that they served me a cup of tea in this condition AFTER I asked for a new one bc it tasted so soured.

Me and my wife went here for dinner. We hit the drive thru, only car in line. We get our drinks, no straws. “Please pull up”, we pull up. We wait 15-20 minutes for a three piece tender meal and a bacon egg and cheese with a side of Mac. Here they come…. No straws, didn’t have any of the sauce we asked for, they hit us with,”we don’t have any Mac so we gave you a medium fry. The medium fry they gave us wasn’t even half full… they just didn’t wanna whip it up is all. Any who, we get our straws and sauce after requesting them twice. We head on home, sit down at the table, I open up my boxed meal. I thought it was Christmas! Four pieces of burnt up coal that they call tenders. I could smell the carcinogens they were so burnt. Who could see that and says yeah let’s serve em up? A five year old has more common sense than that. I mean come on man! Location will be closed before ya know it pulling stunts like this. I threw the entire meal out in the pasture. I doubt even the animals will touch it. Yall owe me a refund for this.
