  The staff here is always so nice and the food is great! We never have to wait long in line and everywhere it's inside it outside their customer service is top notch.

  Every now and then you drop into an establishment and are really impressed. I must admit that doesn't happen often in a fast food restaurant but the Arby's in Winder deserves a shout out. It's always clean. The staff is friendly. The food is good. They play decent music instead of offensive music that isn't family friendly. Everything you should expect from a restaurant you get here. We get so used to subpar service that we forgot how it can be done Go to Arby's in Winder if you need to remember what good service is .... Keep up the good work y'all!

  Food was not fresh unfortunately and not hot either. Super disappointed but customer was amazing.

  Chay (The Manager) is such an amazing person. Almost every time my family and I eat here, he is here. He is so friendly and helpful. You can tell that he is just such a good person. GOD Bless You Chay!!
