  Great Customer Service! Both managers demonstrated top-tier customer service. After receiving cold fries and being unable to return to the restaurant, I called to request a refund. April, the manager, kindly offered to replace my entire meal whenever I was able to come back. When I returned the following Thursday, April wasn’t there, but the manager on duty provided the same level of service and honored the replacement without hesitation. That is true customer service.

  The old white guy wearing the headset was extremely rude and seems like he doesn't enjoy his job. If you don't like working there and can't give good customer service maby stay home.

  how are you guys going to have the burgers on your app, but then not have them in stock as soon as you get in the store? it's not difficult to make it to where the things you don't have don't show up. All you have to do, is let both Uber eats and any other of the delivery services know that you are out of stock. take the burgers off of Uber eats and your app if you're not going to have them in store at all. it is false advertising, and if I felt like it, I could sue you guys for that. take it off your menu if you no longer serve it.
