  I went thru the drive thru and ordered an all american hotdog with everything on it and 3 corn dogs . I didn't check my order before I left which was my mistake . When I get home ,I had a hotdog on a bun and nothing else and only 2 corn dogs . But they got there money

  Placed an order on the app. Didn't get it for 30 min and i had to say something to someone to even get it to begin with. They had made it and let it sit somewhere melting. Didn't even remake it before they brought it back out. Straw so sharp it pokes thru the side of the cup if given to a child. Didnt need the pokey straw for a classic shake but whatever. Sub par sonic.

  Horrible horrible horrible! Completely run down. Almost every single stall either has a sign on it that it’s not in use or is just a black screen. You can barely find a spot to park in. If you have to go around to the drive thru because you can’t find a stall they are so rude at the window. The parking lot is also horrible and full of pot holes. Corporate needs to come in and do a complete re-vamp or just shut this place down. It’s sad but it’s not sustainable like this.

  Most all the speakers are out of order. The woman who brought our food to the car didn't greet us either or ask if we needed condiments or napkins. The 3 stars is for the food only

  Would be 0 stars if possible. Ordered ahead on app. When I get there majority of stalls dont work. Finally find a stall and enter in the app that im there. They bring food and drinks out. I immediately noticed the drinks were wrong. They go back in to correct drinks so I check my food bags and everything wrong. They put the correct receipt on the wrong items. Had to call the button to tell them while they were already redoing my drinks that they gave me someone else's food. Within minutes the right food was out but sat an additional 10 on drinks and never came. Hit button again to ask if they forgot abt me. They finally bring drinks out 5 minutes after that. My milk shake was doubled cupped. Find out while driving down the rd that it was because the first cup had a hole. So as the milkshake melted and I grabbed it out of the cup holder the milkshake got everywhere in my car and all over me. Get home to eat the food and it was disgusting, cold, hard as a rock. Missing the sauces requested as well as marina sauce missing for the inedible hardened cheese sticks. So obviously they had my food ready quickly and it all sat there on their counter while they tried to figure out how they mixed up orders so bad. This sonic used to be decent but its straight garbage now. I forsee business closing soon since the stalls have been broken for months. Don't waste your time or money here. I already messaged cooperate for a refund. Edited to add that i myself worked at this sonic over 10 years ago and im still shocked at how bad it has become when it used to be a busy and fun hang out spot for teens and young adults. I cant believe how bad it is now. This isn't my first bad experience but this is the worst yet and the final let down ill let myself get from them.
