  Ordered 2 happy meals, and a mcchicken meal. My kids received NO fries, NO apple juice, NO honey mustard, NO bbq sauce, NO toy. NO Napkins in the bag. My sandwich had so much mayo on it, and the cheese and top bun were slapped on there. It was a mess when I opened it up with mayo, and not even on the chicken fillet. My LARGE fry was filled up halfway and fries were OLD. The only thing good was my sweet tea. I had no time to come back to the store after getting home because I had to get my kids to eat and get into bed. I don't know what kind of managers or team members you all are hiring but yall need to do better and pay better attention. I understand working fast food can be a lot, I was a AGM for 8yrs. But when people spend their hard earned money at your store, and you recieve something like this, that's a slap in the face. Yall need to do better.

  Very sorry service time was there for 10 min waiting for order ran out of meat shake machine not working !!!!

  Make you pull around every single time, even when there is no one behind you. The place can be completely empty and still takes 10 minutes for food to come out cold and completely wrong. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to time and time again

  Special ordered two burgers and a Coke, got EXACTLY what I ordered!!! You would not believe how many places screw up my simple order. No pickles, no mustard, extra onions. How hard is that??? The people here were friendly and fast.

  I went inside to order on Thursday February 26, 2026 around 9:00 pm. My 10 piece nugget was undercooked and greasy, my Big Mac had no cheese and no pickle. Instead of doing their job and making sure the order was cooked properly the employees were more concerned joking around, dancing, and singing Beyonce. I'll be in tomorrow to speak personally to a manager because there was no getting a hold of a manager on the phone due to the number just saying nobody could answer when I just called it. The place was operating as if there was no night time manager or there needs to be a new night time manager. Next time I'll just go to Cookout.
