  The food was delicious and the place was clean. Midway through my sandwich I found cut up prices of playing in my Philly. I had to throw it away. 🤮 customer service isn’t that good either , but my main concerns was the food .

  Ordered online around 3:00pm and when I arrived an hour later all eight sandwiches were done within the time frame I selected. The sandwiches tasted great will come back again. Thanks so much guys you made my day!

  No wifi. Came in for food and wifi. No staff members have Wi-Fi password and was told management won't give it out even for paying customers. Food is ok. Lost an additional star for no napkins

  My family and I just recently moved to the Warner Robins area from Florida. In Florida, Jimmy John's has you your food within 8 to 10 minutes regardless to where you live. I did an online order for two sandwiches, one bag of chips and two of the new cucumber Greek salads. My order was placed at 11:57 and I did not receive my order until 1:15. That is totally unacceptable! The sandwiches were really good but the Cucumber Greek salads look like they were old, curdled and did not look appetizing at all they were floating and water and had some milky substance underneath. If they were fresh or just a day or two old the water would not have been sitting on top of it. I will not be ordering from this Jimmy John's again. Which is sad because we love Jimmy John's.
