The counter was full if food every where, it was gross. I stopped going to the chipotle on Watson blvd because it wasn’t kept clean , I see that the new Chipotle also has nasty looking counters. I blame the managers because they should make sure that the employees are cleaning and keeping everything clean and tidy.

Went to the one on Watson in middle Georgia. There was no food in the counter. The guy said oh we don't have any food cooked yet. Seriously! Come on. So he asked an employee to lock the doors. Great way to run a business ! Drove 20 mn away to one that was ready. So rediculas

We went on bogo day today at 6pm and the staff was amazing even with all the people there. There were multiple waits on food items but the staff handled it perfectly. There was one young girl maybe a manager if not she deserves to be one. She had such good communication and a perfect attitude she kept everything going. And the lady at the cash register was so accommodating with the guests about the long waits! The best chipotle I have been too and best experience.

It’s becoming very clear that customer service is not a priority for the management or staff at this location. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day you come in, they are consistently unprepared to serve customers, whether it’s the attitude, performance, inventory, or quality of the food. We came in right at 9:30 PM when the restaurant doesn’t close until 11. Before we could even step through the door, an employee yelled from across the store, “We are out of everything.” No greeting, no apology, no explanation, just immediately telling us they were out of everything. I understand that restaurants run out of food. Sometimes you get busier than expected or simply don’t prep enough. Stuff happens. But there is still a professional way to communicate that to customers. Greet them, politely explain that you’ve run out of inventory for the night, and apologize for the inconvenience. Customers walking into an open restaurant an hour and a half before closing shouldn’t be treated like an inconvenience for showing up. Being properly prepared and treating customers with basic courtesy should be the bare minimum. If the food is great and the service falls short, sometimes the food can make up for it. If the food isn’t the best but the customer service is excellent, that can make the experience worth it too. But when the food quality, preparation, attitude, and customer service are all inconsistent, there’s nothing left to compensate for the experience. This location opening seems to have had everyone’s hopes up, but unfortunately it’s starting to feel like Watson 2.0. To drop the ball like this in every department has to take effort in being so careless.

We went to inside for order and first she said they were out of fajitas but we saw there was some on the stove so we asked her but she was very mean and said that’s not for us since we were vegetarian all we can get is that then we eat our bowl but brown rice is not even half cooked so my kids can’t eat that it’s hard for them to chew so never going back to that place.
