  I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill was very disappointing. My original order was made incorrectly because the rice was left out. My son picked the order up for me, and one of the managers previously told me to come back another day and they would remake it correctly. When I returned, I dealt with a different manager who was very rude and unprofessional from the start. Although she remade the food for a second time, she then gave me a rotten orange. When I pointed it out, she asked me to pay for another one instead of simply replacing it. I refused, and only then did she swap it out. On top of that, the tea was empty, and when I asked about it, I was told they were out and didn’t have anymore. Mistakes happen, but customer service and professionalism matter. The attitude I received made the situation much worse than it needed to be.

  I thought that this new location would be better than Watson but it’s still horrible. The chips tasted like they were made last week and the bag was almost empty when I got it. Went through the drive through to pick up so I should have checked the order. The honey chipotle chicken tasted gross and half the bowl was rice. Not good at all and waste of money.

  I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews! Give them time to get in order . Some of those people it may be their first job . Anyways ! Food was excellent fresh, service was amazing and quick. Portions were exceeding my expectations. Price was reasonable. I felt like I asked for so much extra stuff on the side and the cashier was so nice about it. Sat outside an it was clean and relaxing. They were out of corn salsa but made some quick an got it to me. Will be back! So glad they are close to my house.

  Been to this new location 4 times since it opened. With my schedule I come at 10:45 when it opens and without fail, they are NEVER prepared. The food is never ready and if there is food out, they're always missing something- the veggies, the cilantro lime sauce, a protein etc. Minimum wait is 15 minutes before they're prepared to serve customers despite being open. Very frustrating! Today there were 7 people waiting to order at 10:55. The other location in town is identical in service and my experiences. I love chipotle but this is by far the worst 2 locations I've ever been to.

  Stop hiring little kids to work in fast food !! Off rip the place was beautiful and I love that they put a chipotle near my house but the workers are terrible and act like they don’t wanna be there !! The brown skin girl with short hair that worked on 4/23 around 3pm acted like it was a problem making my bowl !! I asked for extras and sides and she had a complete attitude for every request and side I asked for . I apologize for asking for too much but I SHOULDNT HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR YOU DOING YOUR JOB . That’s completely unacceptable!! COMPLETELY . The cashier was nice but the food preparer was absolutely rude . Then not only that there was a food item on the line that was UNDERCOOKED !! I asked for bell peppers and they were no where near sautéed they were just cut up with black pepper !! The onions were still riped and barely touched lol!! So I honestly give this chipotle a 3/10 i thought Watson was bad … this one gave half done .. LITERALLY !! Atl would NEVER !! And please get rid of that girl before she fights with one of the customers for “asking for too much”
