  Worst employees ever . They’re stingy with their portions and it’s always dirty when I come there . They think they’re better or smarter than the customers and we have to comply with THEIR specific standards and not CHIPOTLES ACTUAL STANDARDS AND MOTTO!! FIND NEW MANAGEMENT OR CLOSE THEM DOWN !! The store only looks good when they have expections !!

  Visited around 6 pm this past Sunday. Kitchen was visibly dirty. It seemed many items were missing (hence the 6 total customers present) like food, drinks, ice, napkins, forks, spoons and all but 6 wet knives 😳. Luckily my son just wanted a steak and cheese quesadilla, so no utensils needed. The steak was tough (very surprising) and likely indicated how old it was. Chipotles can be hit or miss, this one is a big miss!

  We popped in today and received the best customer service from the staff. Daisy, Destiny, and Candace ran such a nice operation and the whole staff took such good care of all the patrons on their shift. Service with a smile still matters! ❤️

  I was craving some Chipotle since the ones in Charleston are terrible experiences. Looking at these reviews, I don’t want to risk a subpar experience here either. This is sad. Is corporate any bit concerned by the trends surrounding poor quality and service at these locations?

  Last night (pick up @ 8:40pm) my daughter ordered us all Chipotle online for dinner so I didn’t have to cook. When we arrived to pick it up, we waited because it didn’t show as ready online. She finally went up to the counter and the young lady said it’s been ready. My daughter did a basic look over to see how many bowls were in the bag with the extra queso’s. We proceeded to leave and she noticed we didn’t have our chips. She went back in and retrieved them. We arrived home, which is not too far and I noticed I had a large piece of FAT attached to my meat and then there was no other meat of that kind in there. I had Barbacoa beef and honey chipotle chicken whole servings. I had 5 pieces of the chicken. I ordered double brown rice and got barely a scoop. But they made sure to load the tomato salsa and queso!! My husband got the same but with beans and he barely got 5 pieces of each meat. But they loaded the beans and lettuce and queso!! Our chips were stale and it was such a mess. My daughter chatted with their boy “Pepper” and my husband took our food back to have it corrected. Zachariah, was RUDE and humiliating. He noticed the amount of meat in my husbands and the issue with the amount of lettuce and beans, but REFUSED to remake it or just add what needed to be added. He then noticed and acknowledged the fat and the lack of meat in my bowl and proceeded to remake it. He was so upset that he mixed the two bowls up. He THEN asked my husband what did my order have in it and when my husband told him he refused to make mine as well because he wasted too much food already!!! WHAT??? So, because you messed up TWICE I can’t get my food corrected? REALLY? It is now 9:55pm and I am a breastfeeding, pregnant momma who NEEDS TO EAT! I called customer care immediately and demanded a refund. The lady gave us a refund and my poor husband had to figure out what to do for us for food because my mind was frazzled!! Being PREGNANT & BREASTFEEDING is already A LOT but no food due to ignorance and lack of respect is sooo wrong. Did I cry? YES! Will I go back? NEVER!! I will travel to another county before going back to this place!!
