  I’d give this location 0 stars if I could. This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. My online orders are constantly missing items, nobody ever answers the phone, and the portions are ridiculously small. Paying full price just to receive half filled bowls and incomplete orders is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this location.

  Signed up for Chipotle rewards specifically for the free chips and guac, and the employee literally pointed me toward the scanner to scan my app… then after it didn’t work, tried to say I never scanned at all. Felt completely gaslit over a side of guacamole. On top of that, the ice machine wasn’t even working. Pretty frustrating experience for something that should have been simple.

  Terrible experience and I didn’t even eat. I had an interview set and waited for 30+ minutes. Manager knew I was there and didn’t care about my time she was wasting. Clearly from other reviews they could use someone with a decent work ethic but it’s their loss.

  Been to this new location multiple times. With my schedule I come at 10:45 when it opens and without fail, they are NEVER prepared. The food is never ready and if there is food out, they're always missing something- the veggies, the cilantro lime sauce, a protein etc. Minimum wait is 15 minutes before they're prepared to serve customers despite being open. Very frustrating! Additionally the customer service is terrible with little to no talking, eye contact, or appearing to even want to be there. Often I've come and they are only taking online orders despite having multiple employees in house. The other location in town is identical in service and my experience. I love chipotle but this is by far the worst 2 locations I've ever been to.

  I am formally requesting a corporate-level review of the Centerville, GA location located behind Chili’s on Watson Blvd. Unfortunately, the experience reflected a concerning level of inefficiency, disengagement, and lack of professionalism that does not appear to align with the operational standards or customer-centered values Chipotle publicly represents. The overall atmosphere communicated carelessness, minimal urgency, and an absence of accountability in both service and execution. As a customer, I believe constructive feedback is necessary when a location consistently fails to exhibit the quality, attentiveness, and hospitality expected from a nationally recognized brand. I respectfully ask that leadership review the culture, management oversight, and customer service practices at this location to ensure they properly reflect the excellence associated with the Chipotle name.
