- MMMallorie McKinnon1 day ago2.0I visit this location pretty often for breakfast, but this morning was terrible. I ordered, got to the window and paid. I watched them bag my biscuit & rounds, and the lady asked one of the younger guy workers for the side of gravy I ordered. She asked me to pull forward and they’d bring it out. Okay, fine. I sat in my car for 15 minutes. The only thing that wasn’t in my bag when I drove away from the window was gravy. 15 mins for gravy? I mean if it was frozen and not ready, just say that. I would’ve been fine without it. But I ended up having to drive away because sitting there caused me to be late for work. So I ended up paying $12.07 for a tea. 🙃

When you get to the drive thru order point they spit out your order so quick, you can’t understand them, and before you can say anything they say IS THAT ALL…. Like yes I’m not just ordering a biscuit or a drink….but then when I finish my order and I drive around to the window they gave 1 less biscuit even though I asked to have it it was not in the bag. And charged me full price for 2 Bo Biscuits even though they gave me 1! Will not be going back
