- MCMichelle Champagne5 days ago1.0Ordered a custom ice cream cake from here (which requires at least 48 hours notice so they can make it) for a family birthday party and I guess they waited until a couple of hours before pick up to even begin making it, because three and half hours before it was meant to be ready they called to say the ice cream I requested wasn't available. Then once we got it and went to cut into it for the birthday, the entire bottom of the cake was just scrap pieces. I originally thought maybe it had broken apart when they were assembling it and they just tried to put it back together but there is crust on the edges of all the pieces showing it was actually just scraps of sponge cake put into a circular shape. They didn't even bother to make a round cake for the cake I ordered. Im so beyond disappointed, that even though we ordered this exact same cake last year for my daughters 3rd birthday and it was so wonderful, she has frequently requested it again, I mistakenly thought we had a great birthday tradition for years to come and clearly this location is not good enough for that.

After asking about three different flavors and being told they were out, I finally picked two that I really didn't want. But I was here anyway. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
