  15 bucks for 5 pieces of steak!!! So not only was the bowl drenched in grease but bag was drenched in it as well and didnt even give me my curly fries with the meal. I will never be coming back they never get my order right this ridiculous

  When I first pulled up to the drive through I was asked to hold on, wasn’t terribly long. I ordered a roast beef slider. That’s it. I waited in line behind a van at the window for close to ten minutes before driving off. Ridiculous. They weren’t even busy. Last time I’ll give them any business.

  We just left this establishment and I am very disappointed in the service, 3 of the 4 employees were actively scrolling through their phones. I ordered a French Dip sandwich and it was not loaded with meat like past orders were. I also ordered a cherry turnover; it was cold. The heating lights were not even on. It had rained before we arrived and there was three active drip areas in the dinning room, only two areas were marked as wet. The ceiling looks like the leaks are a long term issue. We won’t be going back to this location.

  I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Devin, who was my server. His positivity and patience were truly outstanding, and it was clear he extended that same kindness to other customers, even while taking phone orders. Devin's welcoming, outgoing, and funny attitude really created an amazing atmosphere. He's definitely a standout and one of the best employees in the Arby’s team!
