  Food was horrible got the cheese steak. The quality of the food was very bad service was good. I got it to go and didn't open till I was home. Looking at the picture noticed it was supossed to have peppers and unions on it? It was only meat "that looked like hamburger shredded up" and cheese with a soggy bun, tasted like it was nuked in a microwave for way to long and the meat did not taste like beef much at all. I would not recomend this place to anyone. The curly fries were freash but tasted burnt did not look burnt though. I ended up throwing it all away.

  Sandwiches had obviously been prepared much earlier in day. Soggy buns, crispy around meat edges and the one I actually tried a bite of tasted stale. Used to love Arby’s. Not after today. Close to worst fast food experience ever!

  The customer service there is not good. People with attitudes. Life is too short. Pray before you start working so you can give that behavior to God.

  I haven’t ate here in a while but to finally come to it and trying to order today at 2:38pm to speak with someone rude and cut me off while in the drive thru line I’m ordering and she made it seem like I’m bothering her was not okay

  Ordered the cheesesteak supposed to have onions and cheese on it? No onions on these sandwich, no cheese on the sandwich. It is just ground beef , not even sliced meat,, I called to tell the store manager and they accused me of trying to get free food.I've never called these door before.In my life,, she hung up the phone on me, never go here
