  7 Brew, can we talk? I'm advocating on behalf of your hard working employees. Please, please, get a tent cover for the employees taking orders in the line. I'm concerned about the escalation of temperature this summer. The sugar free coffee options are really good and I love the Chiller.

  I pulled up tonight to get my usual cause i work graveyard shift. It's only one car in line and they just cackling away like I'm not here. After minutes they still talking like I'm not here. I drove off! Management needs to do something about their weekend staff, this is the second time this has happened it was 10:03pm. Looks likebi need to stick with coming only in the am.p

  Customer service was great until the girl taking my order said a very unnecessary comment about me, a female, paying for my own drink when my boyfriend was beside me. She had absolutely NO reason to know why or bother to be in our business. Wish I could speak to the manager of this store on the phone but you guys have no way of contacting them directly, Very disappointed.

  I have been to this location several times, and most experiences were less than good, compared to the Macon location. The service today was pretty bad, and rude to be honest. I politely asked a question about an item as we were rushed through the line with no menu present, and yes, I know you are supposed to have it on your phone, but I didn't at that moment. My mistake, I suppose. I was met with a rude response, rude service, and drinks that could not be enjoyed. The service was awful, and they weren't even very busy, at least visually on my end. I am reluctant to write bad reviews. But today's visit was awful and I regretted not taking my limited spending budget elsewhere. I will continue to visit the Macon location, but likely never again at this one.
