  I haven’t always had the best experience at this location, but I want to shout out this time because I really feel like they went out of their way to make for sure my order was correct. I asked for my wings to be cooked a specific way and what appeared to be the manager came and verified before bagging my food to make sure it was cooked the way I asked for , since previous times it had not been. I believe she was the manager, Caucasian. Great service

  Payton was at the counter taking orders. This is the person that supposed to greet you & take your order! Instead she was rude & beyond disrespectful towards my husband that simply asked what specials they had. She told him that every time you come here you ask about a special and you not getting no special today. My husband asked her I’m not asking you to give me anything and she said you can just leave because there is no special. Someone actually had to come from the back and tell her step aside and answered my husband. The special in question was no longer available & did exist so him asking was legit! All she had to say was Sir we no longer have that special. The person that assisted him was trying to tell him of a current special & the last price changed, she still decided to interject, never apologized & was loud/wrong/rude! We didn’t end up ordering nothing since she felt the need to tell him to leave, he took his money elsewhere and we will never go back there!

  I went to Wingstop Thursday night 8/14/26 at 10:45 pm to place an order. Sign says they are open until midnight. The chairs are up on the tables and the staff is busy cooking. The clerk comes to the counter and asks what the name for pick up is. We advised that we wanted to place an order. The clerk told us no we can’t take any orders in store. My adult son asked if he has already shut down the register and the young man laughs and says yes. I asked if we could order and he said no you’d have to order another way. Then a young lady came in and placed an order. She was unaware of the conversation. I asked did you just order? She responded politely and says yes but the register is down so they aren’t going to charge me. I was furious at this point. Not at the sweet young lady of course. My suggestion is to honor the hours of your business. You should treat all customers the same. Please check the cameras to verify what I’ve posted on here. This has happened to me before at this location but without another person immediately being given free food. Seriously just update your business hours to reflect the fact you close and stop taking orders 75 minutes before you close. Have some training for your staff and managers so this is not continuing to happen. Update: I was able to connect with the manager. They are making significant improvements to the restaurant. I’m here tonight and things are going well. I encourage everyone to reach out if you have concerns so we can have a great Wingstop here in VR

  Trash. Zero out of five stars. Would not recommend. The customer service alone will have you questioning why you wasted your time going into this Wingstop.

  All Attitudes whack. I ordered 50 wings .. I won’t be doing that again I’ll spend money somewhere else. If you’re open then don’t complain about people ordering.. weirdo I could’ve ordered 100.. if you open I’m going to order…
