  They don't like to participate in the half price drink promotion. Always saying they can't do it or they're out of ingredients. Terrible attitude. Try to charge for a lime wedge with a drink order.

  Went there tonight first of all no one answered the drive through speaker so I pulled up, ordered my food at the window asked for ac$7 dollar meal they charged me $26 looking at another order, waited 20 minutes for my order, the fries was cold tried calling them no answer, this is the slowest unprofessional fast food restaurant I know this is not the first time the service has been horrible, management is also horrible will never return to this store again, no professionalism, waited tooo long for food and was charged tooo much money for the wrong order, y'all need to go back to training also let chick-fil-a be your example , they are number one customer service, always polite, and fast service, will never return to this store.

  I came to get some food and they took 30 minutes, forgot about us, and forgot about the food. After the 30 minutes we had to tell them something again and the lady taking orders spoke with an attitude.

  Mann this location is horrible.. if the speaker didn’t work why not put a sign on it telling customers that? instead of everyone waiting 10-15 minutes and everyone trying to figure it out.. customer service is bad .. very bad. They need a whole new crew new management. Actually it needs to be something else put here!

  Rude. Employee kept telling me to review the menu due to new ownership as I was actively ordering from the menu. Ordered a cream slush and they didn’t mix it at all so it was more like shaved ice over ice cream. Which is great at Frigid Frog in Sharpsburg but I was actually hoping to drink the beverage I ordered. My b lol
