  What was once king of burgers and tots has now become a pauper...And this Sonic is no exception. Exterior of the facilities are a bit run down and not inviting. Food was good but took a long time due to staffing issues or they could not run orders to curbside and funnelled all of us through the drive-thru. Staff did their best... Sidebar I am tired of doordash drivers holding up drive thrus.

  Me and my wife enjoyed our meal and drinks that we bought at Sonic. The sonic staff member was helpful and made sure that we had everything that we ordered.

  We came to Sonic around 11:15pm on 8/15. The wait was absolutely insane. There was only 1 car that was successfully pulled forward up to the window to get their food and the employee said to the next person in line that they won't be able to even take their order for 10 minutes and when they do the wait time will likely be 45 mins to an hour. It's fast food on a Saturday night. An hour and 15 mins with only 1 car at the window is absurd. We drove away, as did most of the other cars there at the same time as me.

  If I could put no stars I would. We ordered online sat in the stall for almost 20 minutes. Got out knocked on the door because no one ever came out and then was met with a lady screaming and throwing her hands around. She then told us that they were worried about the drive through first and that there was only three people working that we needed to wait. So we pull through the drive through and had to sit even longer. Well we finally get the drinks we order and try one and it was suppost to be Canada Dry and it Litterly tasted like water. So we go back to the door same lady comes and was like give us a minute. Okay fine with me if I get a good drink. Well then she comes back and was like here with and had and attitude and then told us to not come back. 🙄 I didn’t get a name but that is not very good customer service. Trust me you do not have to worry about us coming back sence that is how y’all treat yall,s guest. It was on 8/15/26. Our order was suppost to be ready at 7:32pm didn’t get the order tell 8:20 pm.
