  Refused to do split payments and the ice cream machine was down in the middle of summer. This was after refusing service at the park and call stalls, forcing us to go in the drive through. This is ridiculous and unprofessional service.

  The whole point of sonic is the shakes and blasts. I attempted to order a shake and they proceeded with “ our machine is down and will be down for WEEKs” such a shame. It’s summer time. It’s milkshake season what the heck smh. Too dang sorry and lazy hire better folks man

  Just depends on taste buds. I've always liked sonic for the drinks as a kid but the food is good also. Great service and efficient.

  Service is extremely slow. Been sitting almost 30 mins for only a Limeade and still sitting waiting as I watch Cars that’s pulled in 10 minutes after I’ve gotten here in the drive-through pull away. It’s ridiculous.
