  We order here several times a sometimes over 50 pizzas per order. They never let us down. Always ready at the time we request. Employees are super friendly. Great job to the employees and this manager. Thank you for helping us out.

  I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza and a half pepperoni/half supreme medium hand tossed pizza. The whole pizza ended up being supreme, which was not what I ordered. This was my first time picking up my food. When I went inside, my name was on the screen to indicate that my order was ready. An employee saw me and my daughter standing there and ignored me for about 5 minutes. Just then, another employee saw me and apologized for the wait and said that someone will be with me shortly. I believe she did this as soon as she saw me. However, she didn’t help me but at least she greeted me to acknowledge that I existed, unlike the employee up at the front taking inventory or doing whatever she was doing. About 3 minutes later, a third employee came in the door and clocked in to work. She got my order for me. I will never order food for pick up from there again. What a weird experience. Do they not teach employees to greet their customers when they walk in the door?

  The staff is awesome! Macey and Harmony were very knowledgeable and quick with my order. Pizza was great as well! Keep up the good work Pizza Hut in Villa Rica georgia

  Order April 6 around 6 p.m. 2025. I order one Black olive, one pesto drizzle, and one pineapple pizza along with spicy garlic wings. All but the pineapple were wrong. About 6 olives on the olive pizza, no pesto drizzle, and the wings were buffalo, I tasted to make sure. This is the second time we ordered and it was wrong so this time we called hq, the man was extremely nice and said he would get us new, correct pizzas. Not 10 minutes later, we got a called from the store and a younger sounding girl immediately( in a bad attitude and angry tone) said we don't have Black olives we are out, and it said you didnt even ordered we Black olives so I will have to charge you again. ( are you out or not?) We said we have the recipet and she said we'll we are out and it doesn't say you order that so what else do you want. So we went with a half pineapple and half cheese. We were suppose to get that, along with a pizza that did have pesto drizzle and the correct wings. Well it finally came, the half and half was right but no pesto drizzle again and no wings period. After her attitude towards us, though we kept our cool and respond nicely, and the wrong order twice as in we don't care, I will no longer order from here. I've eaten here a bunch and it's normally awesome but after tonight, I can't bring myself too. Consumer service is just as important as the food, and vice versa. Be blessed.
