  Unless you order before 8pm they ALWAYS run out of Large Pan pizza. It’s not even 9pm and they don’t even have the regular Large Hand tossed either. Whoever the manager is needs to learn how to manage inventory better it’s almost embarrassing for a Saturday night.

  Ordered two pizzas, got the size and content wrong on both of them. The car in front of me sat at the drive-thru about 10 minutes, and I sat there about 15 minutes. When I received my pizzas they made a comment to the effect that they apologized and were confused, they gave us a medium but no extra charge. That didn't make any sense. Basically a very poor customer service experience, and I think I'm generous with three stars. Remember a Pizza Hut from back in the day, but they blew their chance- I'm going back to Marco's.

  Great service and friendly staff. Accommodations were granted to us because they did not have what we wanted. Thanks for the great service.

  Ordered breadsticks and extra marinara. Got cheese sticks and no marinara. Called in. Got connected to a call center and asked for it to be made right and brought out. No worries!! 40 minutes later nothing so I called back and talked to the SAME GIRL. I was told there was never a remake order placed. What the hell. So I asked for a refund. They said they let the store know and they would call me. It’s not been twenty minutes with no call and no refund. Also why does a pizza place need a call center? Connect me to someone in store. If there’s not enough people there, maybe take some of them from the call center and put them in the store. Edit to add: never did get a call back or anything.
