    Took 25 min in drive thru around 950 pm july 9th for me to get a double quarter meal and my patties are pink in the picture my fries taste like a day old disgusting. Im traveling and would never go back to this mcdonalds. I am gorawsrding a report to the health department.

    Like the other reviews say with 1 star believe them I keep giving them chances at this nasty ahh McDonald’s location but it’s not worth it. They don’t even deserve no star. Every time I eat at this location the food is always not fresh/old and for them to stay having a drive thru line is insane why eat at this location. I will never eat at this location again I will drive to mirror lake or further on out in carollton or douglasville to eat McDonald’s. At this point close the location DOWN!! We dont need them, get a new employees or manager or some. You would think that you’ll get better service out here in Villa Rica nope! They give better service and fresher food in Atlanta. Then you call corporate to let them know your complaint all they do is say the manager at the location will call you, I don’t need no manager calling me to ask me about my complaint when they already know how terrible of a job they do at this location and nothing will be done about it. Just close the location it seems as if they don’t want to work anyway they don’t care about customer service or customers having fresh food.

    I came in at 2 in the morning and only one person ahead of me who was a friend of the guy who’s working night shift talking in the drive thru while im watching my food get cold that was ready to be picked up. Instead of getting my order, I watched him and his high school friends talk for a straight 10 minutes!!! Maybe talk outside of work so I can eat real quick and get to bed? Some of us have to get up early in the morning for work! Edit: I came back because food was cold and the woman that works night shift made up the stars for great costumer service and resolving the issue professionally, thank you!!

    Came inside to this location to get breakfast stood at the register for solid 10 minutes waiting for one of the two ladies to take our breakfast order but instead watched them help 3 other people and completely ignore us…. just standing there waiting at the register….waiting to order breakfast at 10:20am. By the time one of the two ladies decided we were worth paying attention to we watch the digital breakfast menu change to the regular dinner menu and when ask what we wanted we ask if we could still get breakfast since they took soooo long to get to us and the other lady just waved her hand in broken English and said “no breakfast” and so at that point we were just soo mad we turned around and walked out and took our hard earned cash to Dunkin’ Donuts were they DONT ignore you and or make your food constantly wrong!!! I do not recommend this location for its customer service or its management!!!

    I keep trying to give this location a chance. TOO MANY CHANCES!!!! I’m so pissed off!!!! Ordered my usual, which is not too difficult. Noticed the receipt didn’t have something right. Told the young lady at the window, she said “ok” as if she was going to let the food preparers know. Get my food and decided to pull up to check my bags. Mind you I paid for the additions I ordered!!! IT WAS WRONG!!!!!!!!! My daughter got out of the car to go inside to let them know— doors locked at 9:50 🤬. She hurried up to the car so I can backup to the window…. Told the guy what was wrong, he proceeds to let them “know” AGAIN!!!!! Received my “corrected” food Got home and ITS FREAKING WRONG!!! I was so mad, I “tried” calling and got no answer after 5 attempts. This place is horrible, management sucks, the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! WTH is wrong with them. DO NOT apply to work here if you don’t know how to provide great customer service. DO NOT promote management if you don’t know how to lead. Instead of doing a remodel on the building, let’s try remodeling the skills and customer service of the employees. Stop charging for stuff that you’re not going to provide when it’s ordered. I want to say disgusting things, but not sure if Google allows it. Y’all are real terrible. SHUT IT DOWN!!!! Immediately!!!!!
