  Ordered takeout from Johnny’s and found a piece of a metal wire brush in my pizza. Promptly called to alert the management of the food safety hazard. Manager only offered an apology but seemed to brush off the concern as if it were normal and did not offer a refund despite the food safety hazard.

  RIP Johnny’s Pizza: A Masterclass in Complete Incompetence A massive shoutout to Johnny’s Pizza for showcasing the absolute pinnacle of dynamic restaurant service. I didn't realize that walking into an establishment, sitting directly at the bar, staring directly into the eyes of the cook—you know, the literal center of attention where alcohol and transactions happen—and waiting patiently meant I was wearing a cloaking device. To the two dynamic waitstaff geniuses on duty: Watching you actively dodge eye contact takes a level of athletic coordination that frankly deserves an Olympic medal. I sat there watching the tumbleweeds roll past my empty stool, while you two exerted all your brainpower to completely ignore my existence. But the real chef's kiss? Watching a group walk and a mom and kid well after me sit at a table and get greeted and served immediately while I continued to act as a human bar ornament. I’m sorry, is the bar area reserved for ghosts? Do I need to learn sign language, or perhaps light a signal flare to get a simple "hello, I'll be right with you"? It takes a truly special kind of stupid to stare directly at a customer waiting for service and decide that the empty air next to them is far more interesting. RIP Johnny’s Pizza. If your goal was to make me feel invisible while giving a masterclass in how to tank a business, congratulations—you passed with flying colors. I’ll make sure to take my appetite and my wallet somewhere that understands how basic human interaction works. *literally sitting on the barstool under the red arrow

  So they advertise one thing, yet give you something different. Their website clearly shows bread with the meal, yet they tell you breads not included in the kids meal, yet provide a drink which isn't pictured at all. I offered to pay for the bread, the girl had a full blown meltdown and now I'm on my way to Olive Tree. THIS PLACE DOES NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS

  Cussing out people for making jokes and trying to make small talks with waitresses is so messed up. The joke was a very common joke people make with others and wasn’t offensive. The waitress then lies and tells the boss and owner what happened saying he was being sexist and disrespectful and he really wasn’t. Not only did he get cussed out by the boss but the next time they went the owner cussed him out and he is a regular they know he wasn’t being disrespectful but I guess owners love to cuss people out and believe a 20 year old who was upset because someone was trying to be nice and have a conversation Mind you the incident She was sweeping and stuff around the restaurant, and the joke was “when your done you wanna help me at my house” I’ve made that joke and they always laugh it off and she told people he was being rude and making remarks when he wasn’t. I’ll never come back. I’ll make sure my family stays away also.
