- CMCesar Meza2 days ago1.0Me ,my wife,son a brother went to eat on Tuesday. We got there like around 8:10 ordered our food then we sat for a about one hour and 20 minutes. Our waitress super cool ,however she kept telling us that our order is coming . Our food were served around 9:30. They said we don’t have to pay anything. Still , I rather pay for a good service.

Service was on par, the manager -I think she said her name was Sondra- came to our table with the best attitude. Everyone was friendly. Wings were fantastic. Sides were mediocre, but who comes for the sides? We'll definitely be back.

There was some back and forth regarding whom would be our server but none the less we were able to get our drinks and place our order in a timely manner. We played bingo while we waited which was honestly a lot of fun, however, after about 20 minutes we did ask our waitress approximately how much longer on our food. She explained that it might have been another 5 to 10 minutes and she apologized. I will go ahead and say that our waitress started talking to us about the kitchen being upset at her and there had been problems earlier, things of that nature. Frankly I think that was unnecessary. I don't care to hear all that. Bingo ended, more time passed, at this point we had been waiting approximately 45 minutes for our food. Again our waitress apologized, further explained the kitchen issues, and this time I asked if I could get a refill on my drink. My drink never came back; she took the cup and we watched for another 5 minutes or so while servers were scrambling around everywhere. The restaurant was not even half full. We began coming up on the hour mark of sitting there, my drink had disappeared, my family and I left. I really hate to do that, I don't know if it's always like that with drama between the kitchen and servers bleeding out into the dining room, but I was really looking forward to that hot chicken sandwich. We'll try again another time.

Had the corn nuggets 10/10. The doubled dipped fried wings 10/10 and the chicken bacon ranch with sweet potato fries 10/10 & the sweet tea is the best I’ve ever had. So thank you all we will be back and definitely recommend to anyone who has not been here.
