Tonight I placed an order at 7:00 pm it said my pizza went in the oven at 7:11 p.m and original said my pizza would be delivered by 7:38 p.m then it changed to 7:55 p.m then 8:10 p.m then 8:36 to 8:55. I called to talk to a manager about canceling my order because who wants to eat a pizza made at 7:11 p.m at 9:00 at night that's a two hour wait when I live 5 minutes from the store. The manager never apologized for the delay all she had to say was you will receive a cancelation text/ email and your money will be refunded in 3 to 5 business day's depending on your bank. There is no customer service anymore, no accountability for poor service. It's very disappointing.

I ended up going to bed before the pizza even arrived. At that point, it felt like I basically took $20 and flushed it down the toilet. Completely unacceptable service and zero communication. Beware if you’re considering ordering from this location.
