Mostly because of the people and how they seemed happy to be doing their service, not just putting up with a job. We came back the next day and same quality of service with different staff members. Impressive.

He leaned over one of the workers shoulders to say “I just put that rice out there” while they were making my bowl. Like okay you make rice all day. He could have waited until I left.
