I’m not sure what’s going on but they need better training or because it’s horrible customer service UPDATE June 20, 2026 We came in and I got a Cappy and he wanted a milkshake and the guy did not even fill it Up to the top and said this is how it supposed to be. So he told him never mind that and give me two scoops of ice cream and boy it looked like one scoop. It’s clear he didn’t have the proper training.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
