Arby's is a leading global quick-service restaurant company operating and franchising over 3,400 restaurants worldwide. Arby's was the first nationally franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and has been serving fresh, craveable meals since it opened its doors in 1964. The Arby's brand strives to inspire smiles through delicious experiences. We are on a never-ending quest for the perfect sandwich, starting with the Classic Roast Beef and French Dip to the deli-style Market Fresh line of sandwiches and salads.
We got 2 sandwiches and online says they put 3.5 oz on the sandwich. It was very skimpy and definitely not 3.5 oz. Looked like a simply kitchen sandwich. Not 9$worth. I wanted to let them know but after reading the reviews I don't want to deal with bad attitudes or have spit in my food. Just wanted to share my experience here.

I ordered the Pecan Chicken Salad and it tasted like chlorine. I was very sick for 2 days. I only ate 3 bites... I've made multiple attempts to contact the store and corporate. No one will speak to me!! DO NOT EAT AT ARBY'S!!!! It's poison 😕

Thank you so much to Mr. Austin for being so polite. Best service I’ve ever had here. One of the few places you will go and have a kind interaction! Hot and ready food, crispy fries, perfection.

Worst Arby’s ever. No one can make a decision, no one knows what they are doing. They kept “accidentally“ canceling my order (3 times) after waiting 15 min in the drive through. They didn’t know how to just take the order like a regular order. Now I have to wait 8-10 days for them to refund my 3 purchases that I never received.

Would not recommend. I was pulled up to wait for my order and ended up sitting there for over 10 minutes. While I was outside of my car trying to calm my baby down, I watched an employee drop bag of fries on the ground. He simply picked them back up and brought them to me.
To make matters worse, he was pulling his pants up while carrying the bags of food. If he had not been doing that, he probably wouldn’t have dropped the fries in the first place.
I found the entire situation very unprofessional and unsanitary. I understand that accidents happen, but picking up food that was dropped on the ground and serving it to a customer is unacceptable. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat.
