  May 19th 7:30pm. App showed free sandwich with purchase. I went to the counter ordered a meal and the free sandwich. Showed the cashier the code for the free sandwich and it didn't work. Cashier talked with the manager and they told me they will not honor the free sandwich deal sense they couldn;t get the code to work. Not happy.

  Arby's Villa Rica, Ga was 10:19 on my cellphone and store was not open. I love Arby's but they never open on time. I work earlier at my business and my lunch is very early and I try to have my lunch here and they are never open on time. I spend 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch wasted because I try to go to Arby's and they are not open like the sign and online says. Just fustrated with trying to get my favorite meals with a restaurant that does not care about their business or customers. This location is the only one I have ever had this problem with.

  We went to lunch 4/26/2026 and the music was so loud you couldn't hear the person sitting beside you. The music wasn't family friendly and loud. A couple guests went up and ask the manager there that day if they can turn the music down and she said " No I was told to tell anyone that doesn't like it to go somewhere else" and she said Carlos is the one that set that rule. The magically it got turned down and she was back there complaining that she is up front and don't have time to adjust the radio and complaining with the guests standing there.

  Yes, my Church Family is regulars every Sunday for lunch but today we came in and there was music playing overhead. It was very loud. You could not hear each other talk. It was R&B music with some vulgar words and when we ask if they could just please turn it down a little bit, we were told that if we didn’t like the music playing or like what they had going on that we could leave and go somewhere else and they never would let us speak to the manager said he was not there and that they didn’t even know his name.

  Elijah greeted us and took great care of us! We initially went to Arby's bc of coupons and wanting something different instead of the "other" fast food joints. Elijah was smiling, funny with EXCELLENT customer service and offered suggestions to help the little ones to decide. We had a crew of indecisive grandkids, and myself, if I'm being honest, so it was refreshing to be able to laugh and see how well he interacted with all of us. We returned a couple of days later because of Elijah. Unfortunately, the 2nd time he was not there and it felt like a completely different atmosphere. Food was good on both visits but it really seemed so much better when it is served with kindness, enthusiasm and joy!
