  If I could put a 0 I would. Pulled up to order, pressed the button, sat there for 5 minutes without anyone answering to take our order. Finally just placed my order on the app. Of course, right after I pressed place order, the employee spoke and stated they weren’t open. I said, “I just placed an order and y’all are open.” “You’ve been open since 10:00am.” She said to call the 800 number and click off the intercom. There’s no option of that number on the confirmation. I went up to the window and knocked on it. She finally opens it. I said, “What’s the number so I can cancel the mobile order?” She laughed and said, “I never said we weren’t open.” “I just said to wait on the grease to heat up.” Then said, “If you give me a minute to heat it up then I’ll do it.” She then shut the window in the middle of me talking and walked off. That’s definitely not what she said, since she didn’t take our order how did she know until she viewed the mobile order details from the store side on what food we even ordered to know if it was going to involve grease or not? At this point I don’t even want the food. All in all, if a woman (I think) that looks like Kevin Gates with tattoos all over her face is working… don’t waste your time. Also, the inside was absolutely disgusting and your going to be on the phone for a while waiting on your refund. I’ll be praying for the next customer who decides to take the chance.

  Love the new banana pudding milkshake with cheesecake flavor and the bacon egg on brioche bun is off the chain.

  I ordered a cherry limeade. There is supposed to be real cherries & cherry syrup & a lime in the drink. I was give just a spirit. I don’t know what’s going on with this location but it’s the only one I have a problem with. My drink is never made right. They need new workers or need to be trained properly

  This is the absolute worst restaurant in Vidalia! The food is good, the service is terrible! This is the second time I have placed a mobile order and they have been closed. The first time this happened I was told, “the manager decided she didn’t want to come in today and we couldn’t get inside.” How insane is that? Not to mention if you decide to go through the drive through, you have to wait a solid 5 minutes before anyone takes your order and then they can barely comprehend what you’re saying. I don’t come here very often for this reason, and the few times I do these people remind me why everytime! If you want fast, polite service, or your food in general don’t come here!

  Order completely wrong, sonic blasts tasted terrible like they weren't mixed correctly. They gave us someone else's order and overcharged us adding a item we did not order. Disorganized and long wait times. I have never been to a Sonic that was not good. How do you mess up a smoothie leaving cunks of pineapples in it and sonic blasts. I really don't get it. I feel sorry for the people that live here I would cross this Sonic location off my list to visit at all costs.
