  Whoever is the cook in this restaurant is burning the food. We literally just sat for 25 minutes. Yes , a whole 25 minutes waiting on our order. Just to get over cooked ( burnt in my opinion) food. The chicken club toasters that we both ordered was so over cooked that we couldn't eat it. The burnt taste was so bad. Now I don't know how it is now. But if I recall correctly back years ago when I worked at a sonic, we had so many minutes from the time an order went in, for it to be out the door. I believe it was like 8 minutes. 25 minutes is way too long to be waiting. Get a new cook. That can cook this food right. This is not how this sandwich should look or taste. I mean even back then the Texas toast was buttered right and everything.

  Date: 04/09/2026 Customer service sucks especially at the window. I wanted a refund for my order being wrong and no acknowledgement by greeting. It's like she order my meal for me.. the nerve . Literally just left from there. I use to love coming here as a lil' girl in Vidalia at Sonic . Now as being adult .. so much has changed to every fast food chain restaurant and it's disappointing.

  if I could give less stars I would. manager was very nasty and rude and acted like I was the bad guy because I didn't want my sonic blast in a cup with stickers on the bottom ro cover a hole
