- CMCory MoyerAug 19, 20263.0It's a nice quiet and quaint spot, at least at the time my partner and I went. I definitely the upkeep and cleanliness could be improved. Windows weren't wiped and had built up moisture.The service itself was standard, nothing over the top and it definitely could've been worse. Food itself was also middle of the road for me and my partner could agree on that. Watery pasta and under seasoned chicken were just a couple noteworthy things we encountered. I can definitely see why it'd be such a hit for the older crowd. Definitely not gonna be a regular but I'd stop in maybe once a year to see how things are!

The only think that was good was the mashed taters n gravy, the baked chicken and cream corn. The rest was nasty. The fried chicken tasted awful as did the pork chop and it was like biting shoe leather. Service was OK other than that. Won't be back for a long while again.

- LRLora RainesJul 22, 20265.0We drove an hour just to get to our nearest Shoney's and we were not disappointed. The food on the breakfast bar was as good and comforting as we remembered. Our server was friendly, efficient, and responsive to our needs without hovering. The restaurant was busy but not overcrowded; we were immediately seated on Saturday morning but most tables and booths had patrons during most of our stay. The buffet line was also no waiting. It was a fun trip down memory lane. The bill was very reasonable, less than for other breakfast spots both buffet and table service, but the food was better. We will be going back.
