- ECElla Chinchilla5 days ago2.0I am very disappointed with the service from this restaurant. Some friends and I are in the area staying in a local hotel. We ordered 2 asada fries, 1 quesataco, 1 chorizo dip, 1 churros with ice cream, and 1 churro brownie with ice cream to be delivered to our hotel room. While the food was good, the order was lacking in multiple things. There were no forks for the asada fries, the ice cream in the desserts was half full, and there were no chips for the dip. When we called to inform about just the chips not being with our order, the associate was dismissive and said they would not deliver the chips and gave the option to pick them up (which we were unable to do)Then reluctantly issue a refund for the dip. When we called again to talk a manager, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then was ignored multiple times when I tried to get in touch again. I finally got an associate, I immediately asked for a manager. It went quiet and the same girl answered. She stated that they already issued a refund and spoke over me, once again being extremely dismissive. Once again, I’m so disappointed in the service and will not be returning if and when I’m in town again.

Their street tacos taste better than some Mexican restaurants I’ve had, with the convenience of a truck. Their hot sauce is delicious and added a lot of flavor, but damn did it sneak up on me in heat so be careful lol.

Good food, friendly service and fast! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They have very reasonably priced kids meals that my kids enjoyed! Both kids said the beans that came with the meal were great! My kids said they want to come once a week (way too far of a drive for that but let’s you know what they thought of Rico’s). We will definitely be back when passing back through this way!

The restroom was very clean which I seriously appreciated it considering I was these with my 4 kids. The food was amaaaaaazing🤤🤤🙂↕️ They made me some berria taco's that were so good I had to order 3 more. They also had a great outdoor dining area with games for the kids and the family. I will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you Linda for the excellent service
