  I really don't like these new open concept panera's where there isn't any privacy between the booths and it's just one big room. Once again I come into a Panera with a few guys monopolizing the whole restaurant sitting at different tables and literally yelling at each other having a conversation. If dudes want to have a date with their buddy at Panera that's fine but sit down at the same table and keep your voice at a reasonable volume. Also the three times I came to this Panera they don't have hot water out please just put out the things that you actually offer. Last rant is that there was a bunch of anti-islamic literature on the community board. Pretty disgusting.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is deserved. I placed my first order around 12:45 PM because I can’t leave work during my shift, and what should’ve been a simple lunch turned into a frustrating situation with multiple issues through DoorDash. When you’re stuck at work and can’t step away to fix anything, it honestly makes it worse. But then—Katie at Panera Bread stepped in and completely changed the entire experience. Not only did she fix the issue, she went above and beyond in a way you just don’t see anymore. When I finally received my order, there was a handwritten note apologizing and hoping my day got better. It caught me off guard—in the best way. It wasn’t just about the food anymore. It was about someone actually caring. That small act turned a stressful, frustrating moment into something genuinely positive. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Katie reminded me that there are still people who take pride in what they do and go the extra mile for complete strangers. Panera—you’ve got something special in her. And Katie, if you see this, thank you. You didn’t just fix an order—you made my day.

  So simple or is it to make a pot of coffee…. At this location in morning you get grains in coffee most of the week ….WHY is that hard not to do …Hope is gets better and learns to do it right ….
