  The Bloomin’ Onion is not what it used to be! Truly sad to see such a once dominant restaurant concept decline to its current state.

  The worst experience I've ever had at an outback. We showed up after being on the road 7 hrs. They seated us at a dirty table that I had to ask to have cleaned. We sat for 30 minutes before I walked up to see who was going to help us, then another 30 minutes goes by before we get our first drink. Total of an hour and a half and $100 later my entire family is pissed. Not the way someone expects to be treated when spending money on glorified fast food.

  The restaurant was dirty I smelled the dust and dirt when I went in - we made it to our booth but the waiter had ‘water’ droplets hanging on his beard over our table - I got sick and we decided to leave immediately so we left before ordering

  My sister and I dined here. She has a food allergy. Server was told. The kitchen manager/owner came out to verify allergy and assured her it was noted. She even personally brought her order out. The food was great! Service was so very good and prompt. Better than at last 2 steak houses I went to. Well done Outback.

  I've been to many Outback steakhouse locations and always enjoyed my meal. I have only one complaint and it's for the establishment as a whole, all over the USA. In the last five years, the quality of the steaks have been declining to the point that they are consistently poor. The ribeye that I ordered had excessive gristle and salt. Other cuts of meat that I have ordered over the years have been of poor quality as well. It must be do to a supplier issue, probably Sysco. Being next door to a very busy Texas Roadhouse is strong competition and hopefully this particular restaurant can do better. It was also noticeable that very few patrons around me were ordering steak. So I may understand why. Everything else I ordered was very good. Just wish the steak was too.
