  This is possibly the worst mcdonald's I have ever been to! People fighting. Forty five minutes to get food. Food was cold. Playing with hair while fixing your food. Vulgar language. I guess you're paying for the entertainment. Highly recommend If you go to mcdonald's, don't go to this location. (By the way, food prices are very high!)

  The staff was arguing with a customer because they didn't want to give him his frys that they forgot then all the staff were fighting in the back McDonald's needs better interviews so they don't hire fools

  I understand why this location has a three-star rating. During my recent visit, I made a specific request for fresh burgers, as my previous order was overcooked. I clearly stated that I did not mind waiting to ensure the food was made fresh. I was asked to pull forward, which led me to believe my request would be honored, but unfortunately, the burgers were not fresh. When I returned to address the issue, the manager did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, she insisted the burgers were “juicy and correct,” which did not reflect my experience. As I was leaving, she began speaking about me to another employee within earshot, which I found highly unprofessional. She continued discussing the situation with another staff member in the back, making comments that were inappropriate and disrespectful. Overall, the lack of professionalism, empathy, and attention to customer concerns was disappointing. Having to return and spend additional time and gas to correct an order should be handled with care and respect. Based on this experience, it is clear why this location maintains its current rating, and unfortunately, I do not see that improving without better service and food quality. Before and after

  I get that the Huntrix meal is limited edition and sometimes you won’t have everything but if you’re out of something that BELONGS IN THE MEAL and is the WHOLE REASON people are getting it then maybe tell people you’re out of that thing. I came here from Madison to get two huntrix meals for me and my bf because we were very excited to try them but the other McDonald’s closer to us were sold out, I got to this one and they had them! I thought “lucky me! I get to do this nice thing for my man and share this cute little memory with him”. I get all the way home in MADISON and realize there’s absolutely NO FRY SEASONING WHICH IS HONESTLY THE MAIN REASON FOR TRYING THE MEAL SO LIKE. What the heck guys, I literally ALWAYS have problems with this McDonald’s. I tried to give them another chance and I looked in the boxes and everything looked good on the surface, I thought maybe the thinner stuff would be hiding underneath stuff. Silly me I guess. Next time I’ll just search everything one by one in front of the window and hold up the line. Honestly do better. Because I’m jaded now.

  I would give it 0 starts if I could. Waste of time and money. Took over 30 minutes for 4 burgers, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks. The teen that brought our food to the car looked miserable, no hi no greeting no manners & FORGOT our drinks SHOCKER! When asked about them said “oh no one else brought them out” why would they bring 2 small drinks before the food? Crappy customer services and horrible food!! Won’t be going back there again! This place just gets worst and worst and the employees are horrible!
