  I usually don’t complain but I was there 2 days ago and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub but I wanted to add buffalo sauce and the manager told me that I’m not allowed to have buffalo sauce on my sandwich. I was like what? I was like” They made it for me the day before?” and he said “that they definitely shouldn’t have done that”. I had to walk out. I don’t really eat foods that are not spicy. They definitely lost a customer

  I order this place all the time!!! Me and a coworker ordered the turkey tom and both of our sandwhiches tasted old. the turkey meat had a foul taste. Called the store and the first lady didn’t really know what to say so she got a manager i believe and all he could do was give me store credit however I will not be returning!

  Went in today and was told that a giant sandwich was $18, even though the board says $14.75. There's an advertisement on their door for $1 to add a chips and drink, they wanted to charge me $6 for a soda and a bag of chips. Talk about false advertising, thanks to them trying to scam customers I will NEVER be returning to Jimmy Johns. Do yourself a favor and go get a Pub sub! The price is as advertised at Publix and it actually tastes better.
