- LMLyrae McFarlandAug 28, 20261.0Hello, I go to Jimmy Johns at least 2 times a week and do group orders from work. Today I went and picked up a couple of sandwiches and my bread was really hard. I called the Valdosta store on Baytree where I ordered my sandwich from to tell them how hard my break was. The girl who answered the phone said that their was no way he bread was hard because she just made it, and said there was nothing she could do about it. no offer to come back in (which i was already back at work and couldnt leave again), but let me put a free cookie on your account, nothing ! she was extrememly matter of factly and rude. I am attaching a video just to show you. I was a loyal customer, but Firehouse is right down the road.

I was like what? I was like” They made it for me the day before?” and he said “that they definitely shouldn’t have done that”. I had to walk out. I don’t really eat foods that are not spicy. They definitely lost a customer

Called the store and the first lady didn’t really know what to say so she got a manager i believe and all he could do was give me store credit however I will not be returning!
