- ZZZyaria.AtalyaOct 5, 20261.0I dont know what happened but the service has declined significantly! They are very rude, dry and unapologetic with poor service. I called the manager "Mike" to see if they were just in a transition period or if they were working on bettering the service. The man I spoke to stated they only lock the doors of they are "short staffed" and on weekends. He stated their espresso machine has been broken for a few days now and they were waiting on a truck to get in for condiments. He never once apologized for any inconveniences and he sound annoyed by even having to have the conversation. Even others I know are reporting rude staff and terrible guest recovery. I hate this is the only dunkin in the area but I will not be returning and I dont recommend anyone go there. Their waiting lines have gotten so long and its clear neither staff nor management want to be there.

Staff that's been there a while get my macchiato going as soon as they see me pull up, and ask if there's anything else. Macchiatos are made with espresso, and Dunkin is the only place I've found in Valdosta that seems to make them right. You can taste the coffee/espresso, which, to me is the point! I recently had to go to another (drive-thru) coffee place, due to Dunkin's espresso machine being down. Not only did their macchiato pale in comparison, it cost more! If you like good, strong coffee, and pleasant people to deal with, this is definitely the place to go. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I asked for a small they give me a medium and charge me for a medium which I didn’t ask for or want. They didn’t even offer to remake it They took my money and told me to move to the next window for my donuts. The same guy opened the next window and hands me my donuts. Please tell me what was the point in that. They don’t even give you any napkins On top of all that I had to wait over 5 minutes at the window. Cars were lining up behind me. Do your self a favor and drive a few miles more and get you drinks and donuts at Dunkin’s on Hill Avenue. The are efficient and friendly without waiting.
