This is the best Dairy Queen that I have ever been to in any state! The food is always hot and fresh. The drive thru is unbelievably fast and Tyler brings back good old fashioned customer service, which is hard to find these days. I definitely recommend this location over others that I have been to. Drop in and say hello to Tyler and great fast food.

I have been going to this DQ since they opened and I can say today was the best food I have had there in a couple of years! They have stepped up there game! I went back to the counter to let the cooks and counter help know that they all did a great job!

Last night a group of 23 of us came in at 9:30 (yes we knew yall closed at 10 but all fast eaters and majority sat on the patio.) The manager on duty was Crystal. As we all walked in she proceeds to scream from the kitchen “we close in 30 minutes” which was rude. And then screams again “and I only have 7 patties left because I shut down my grill at 9:00” which if that’s policy then that’s policy. So when it was time to order I asked the cashier for that manager’s name and the district mangers number. She said I’ll have to go ask. Crystal came out of one the back rooms and looked at me and said “someone wanted to see me?” I said I do, I need your district managers number she replied it’s on the website I’m not allowed to give out their personal numbers, which I understand, I just wanted a number to contact them. She asked me if there was a problem and I said “yes the problem is you. We walked in and you screamed we close in thirty minutes, then screamed again about the patties, and that’s not a good look.” She then says “oh well I do that every night so that way I don’t have to do a lot of refunds.” I told her “I understand because I’m also a restaurant manager and I how it is when people come in last minute but I would never scream from my kitchen to a guest in my building” she tells me again that she does it every night because she’s short staffed and she’s trying to help the cooks. I said “well it would of took only two seconds to walk to the front and calmly say “hello everyone just to let yall know we do close in thirty minutes and I only have 7 burgers left so first come first serve.” Truthfully we would of all went somewhere else. She showed no hospitality at all. And if she screams hatefully like that every night like she openly admitted too, that’s not a good look. She acted like it was normal. Then she told one of the families that was with us that was still sitting inside finishing their food at 10 that they were closed and they needed to go the patio. If that’s how the manager acts then you know it rubs off on the employees to act like that. She did apologize but didn’t change. The food and ice cream was very good! I would love to be able to get in contact with the general manager, district manager, or operator. Also mind you there were more people in there than us.

Ordered 3 combos; two with onion rings and one with fries (because at 2:30 on a Wednesday they were out of cheese curds). Received two combos with burgers that had patties so dry, overdone, and chewy we gave them to the dog, one chicken finger sandwich that had two of the smallest, oldest, and driest fingers I have ever seen someone try to pass of as edible. Also received 2 servings of fries- no onion rings, no third side, just 2 packages of fries. All this after waiting so long at the pull up spot that I actually walked inside to see if they forgot us. Who’s running this place!?
